Propose a Code of Conduct for Your School
This research project will take into consideration everything you learn about bullying from your reading, research, and discussions. Your audience will be the School Board, a group of parents, teachers, and administrators who govern school policy. You and your teacher may present your proposal to the School Board; therefore, you will not only need to be accurate about your evidence but also have to consider the needs of your school and the beliefs and values of the School Board. A successful proposal might include the following sections:

II. Definition of bullying
III. Evidence that illustrates that bullying is a problem in schools
IV. Evidence that illustrates that bullying is a problem at your school
V. Why your school needs a code of conduct
VI. The proposed School Code of Conduct
VII. Conclusion
